Esta iniciativa se lleva a cabo conjuntamente con el PNF en Agroalimentaria, la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n de Organizaciones y Recursos para la Investigaci\u00f3n y Producci\u00f3n, y la Direcci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n de Curr\u00edculo y Postgrado con el objetivo de integrar, colaborar y compartir conocimientos que fortalezcan nuestras capacidades acad\u00e9micas, habilidades t\u00e9cnicas y productivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La selecci\u00f3n del grano de cacao, se realizo en tres niveles de acuerdo a su tama\u00f1o, utilizando mallas de 12 mm y 8 mm, como un paso crucial antes de proceder al tostado. Este m\u00e9todo garantiza una cocci\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea, evitando que algunos granos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os se quemen o viceversa, granos m\u00e1s grandes queden crudos. Al implementar estas pr\u00e1cticas, nuestros estudiantes no solo aprender\u00e1n t\u00e9cnicas fundamentales, sino que tambi\u00e9n contribuir\u00e1n al desarrollo sostenible del principal rubro agr\u00edcola de la regi\u00f3n de Paria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cacao utilizado proviene del Jard\u00edn Bot\u00e1nico Alberto Lalo Rivera existente en esta instituci\u00f3n, donde se cultivan 250 \u00e1rboles bajo la supervisi\u00f3n y control de la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n de Organizaciones y Recursos para la Investigaci\u00f3n y Producci\u00f3n y el apoyo del PNF en Agroalimentaria. Este entorno no solo proporciona un espacio acad\u00e9mico, sino que tambi\u00e9n fomenta la investigaci\u00f3n, la produccion y la innovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Invitamos a todos los estudiantes y docentes a participar activamente en estas pr\u00e1cticas, que no solo enriquecer\u00e1n su experiencia acad\u00e9mica, sino que tambi\u00e9n contribuir\u00e1n al desarrollo end\u00f3geno local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este esfuerzo conjunto es un paso hacia la formaci\u00f3n de profesionales altamente capacitados, comprometidos con el crecimiento sostenible de nuestras comunidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La integraci\u00f3n de conocimientos, capacidades y habilidades t\u00e9cnicas en el rubro del cacao es vital para el futuro de la agricultura en nuestra regi\u00f3n.
